Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Rare Finds. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. 

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

As a small business our aim is to get your orders to you as soon as possible but please allow 5 to business days for your order to be processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you are purchasing for a specific date such as a birthday or special occasion and need an order to be prioritised, please email us including your order number once you have completed the purchase and we will try our very best to accommodate.

All packages are posted Royal Mail tracked 48 and special delivery on certain item, Please note if you need your packed sooner for a special occasion you can email us @ 1therarefinds.mcr@gmail.com and we can arrange alternative shipping. Please note there may be an additional charges for this depending on the type of service.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

The Rare Finds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
