Refunds

As a small business, our aim is to ensure your experience is a positive one.

Please note if you have any issues with any of your jewellery please know you have 14days to contact and report the issue and a further 14days to post back for either a refund or exchange.


Please note refunds will be made accordingly. 

 

To be eligible for a return, unworn and with no damage. If you purchased your item from one of my markets you will also be asked for a  receipt or proof of purchase.

we photograph all items before we ship out to ensure the quality reaches you the same way it left us.


To start a return, you can contact us at 1therarefinds.mcr@gmail.com. We will then send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Damages and issues


We work hard to make sure every item is wrapped and posted with care but if for any reason your item arrives damaged you have 7 days to contact so we can do our best to resolve the issue. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used jewellery, discounted or sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Please note we do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
